The project aims to maximise all the pleasures and comforts of community living in a gated secure compound with like minded people. A maximum of 24 families will be selected to live in these unique villas.

The villa complex will have a high secure fence all around the compound with about 24 villas inside. Each villa will have land area of at least 15 cents (Plot size 66'x99' feet). A spacious (about 2000 sq. feet) one storey 2/3 bed room villa will be built in each plot. Since the project is at the conceptual stage, the location of the project is flexible. The selected families will decide where to locate this villa project.

We may decide to have it in a cool resort area like Munnar, or Vagamon, or Idukki, or Peerumedu, or it could be on an Island in the backwaters of Kerala. The decision will be made by us, the chosen few, as to where we want to have the project. Provision will be made for electronic surveillance through out the high boundary fence/wall of the project and it will be guarded by efficient ex-Commando or Goorkha security guards. Our compound will be so secure that we can chose to locate the project away from populated areas. This will allow us to buy the land cheaply and thus have spacious compounds to indulge in gardening or such other hobbies.
